Dear Mr. Story,

On January 7, 2002, Innovative Access, Inc. received a judgment of $525.17 against your company, E-Financial Inc.com, for its use of unsolicited faxes. For your convenience, I have enclosed a copy of this judgment.

Thirty days after judgment, a plaintiff can start the collection process. This thirty-day deadline has passed, but we're hoping such drastic measures aren't necessary. If we hand this judgment off to our collection agency, we will receive 60%, or $315, and the collection agency will get the other 40% plus all judgment interest (currently 12%).

If E-Financial Inc.com pays $350 of this judgment before March 1, 2002, we will consider the judgment fully paid, file the appropriate papers with the court and mail a copy to you.
