Dear Mr. Halliday,

Thanks for your response to my complaint. I believe you are correct when you state that Washington State law only covers violations that occur within Washington State. I believe that by calling me in Washington State, Ms. Miller was conducting business in this state and our legal system has jurisdiction over her. I believe very strongly that the courts will agree with me.

Because of this, I feel I have no option but to continue on with my case against Ms. Miller and her illegal marketing tactics. I apologize, but I can't comply with your suggestion that I dismiss this case. I trust you can understand my position.
