FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of $350.00, Ben Livingston releases and forever discharges JL Enterprises, its principals, agents, representatives, heirs and assigns, from any and all rights, claims, demands and damages of any kind, known or unknown, existing or arising in the future, resulting from any telemarketing calls received by Ben Livingston from JL Enterprises prior to April 8, 2002.
