RELEASE IN FULL OF ALL CLAIMS

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of payment in the amount of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00), Innovative Access, Inc. releases and forever discharges M E Marketing, its principals, agents, representatives, heirs and assigns, from any and all rights, claims, demands and damages of any kind, known or unknown, existing or arising in the future, resulting from any telephonic facsimile transmissions (faxes) received by Innovative Access, Inc. from M E Marketing prior to April 8, 2002.
