Dear Mr. Spray,

Enclosed is a notice of small claim that Innovative Access, Inc. has filed against you for three violations of 47 U.S.C. Section 227, which prohibits unsolicited faxes.

We are willing to settle this matter out of court for the sum of $1,200 payable to Innovative Access, Inc. After receiving this, we'll file the appropriate settlement papers with the court and mail a copy of them to you. Otherwise -- provided we win our case -- the judgement will be for $1,525.17 ($1,500 damages + $21 court fees + $4.17 service fees) and will be a matter of public record.
