OTC Investors Edge Announces Investment Opinion On New Millennium International, Inc. (OTCBB: NMMG - news)

TAMPA, FL--(INTERNET WIRE)--Aug 14, 2001-- OTC Investors Edge New Recommendation -- Millennium International, Inc. (OTCBB: NMMG - news) Rating: Strong Buy / Aggressive Growth

Say goodbye to the stagnant, boring old billboards. The next generation is here: full-color, full-motion digital LED outdoor billboards; and moving illuminated indoor billboards.

Digital outdoor billboards actually play very brief commercials, and the advertiser's product is understood instantly at just a glance.

Until now, outdoor digital LED billboards were too expensive and had a very short life. In order to clearly see the picture outdoors the diodes had to be powered at maximum energy, which meant the board quickly burned out. So, only a few in the U.S. exist. But that is about to change.

On Aug. 7th (NMMG) announced it signed an exclusive licensing and marketing agreement for a new proprietary technology that will allow the manufacturing of large scale LED video displays with dramatic improvements in picture quality and performance. One of the unique aspects of these high-tech boards is it can be molded and curved to fit almost any shape. Also, the images are dramatically improved because it uses 50 diodes per square inch, compared to existing technology of 9 per square inch. Additionally, the boards run approximately 50% cooler, allowing for many years of performance. But, most importantly, LED digital boards will now be affordable to billboard companies; and because the boards will be programmed from a central computer, (no more massive printing costs and sending expensive work crews out for an all day job of changing the advertisement) it will cost advertisers less and make more money than traditional stagnant boards.

Furthermore, (NMMG) holds the exclusive United States and Canadian distribution rights to the patented "Illumisign-EyeCatcherPlus" Display Board. These boards are one of a kind, unlike the traditional indoor billboards that you see at airports, bus stops, shopping malls and subways, etc. (which carry only one advertisement). These boards carry up to 24 moving, highly illuminated ads in the same space as the old-fashioned boards, making them more affordable to advertisers and providing more income.

The Market

According to the Outdoor Advertisers Association of America, in the U. S. there are 406,000 billboards which account for $4.8 billion per year. Also, there are 37,600 bus stops, 1200 shopping malls, 13,000 subway entrances, and 100+ airports. We estimate there is over $11.5 billion/yr. spent on billboards.

Projections June 26th the company announced 1st Q revenues exceeded revenues of the entire previous year by 90%. If the company can continue this trend, revenues for the next 12 months will be around $8 million. But (NMMG) already has potential contracts in place for $15.1 million, and it is only the first half of this year. If (NMMG) can continue at this pace it will have $30.2 million in potential contracts for the year.

Valuations (NMMG) only capitalizes on two- thirds of the projected potential contracts for this year, the company will make $19.9 million in revenues. At a 28% net margin, which management is telling us they are comfortable with, it will have pre-tax earnings on those revenues of $5.6 million, and after-tax earnings of $0.64/share. At a moderate 25 P/E, the stock would be worth $16.00/share.
