If you've read my zine, you know that sometimes the small claims warrior will drop a case. This is such a case. Defendant hired an outside "fax blasting" firm not knowing such marketing was illegal. In exchange for an affidavit stating who he hired, I dropped the case. I intend to file a new case against the company he hired.
