May 7, 2002 -- In early May 2002, my girlfriend's sister was perusing this web site and noticed something quite funny. If you look at the corporate records below, the registered agent is listed as Robert Baker. He's a Seattle lawyer who is probably the registered agent for a number of corporations. He is also my girlfriend's uncle. On this particular case, I listed both the corporation and the registered agent on the Notice of Small Claim. So, basically, I sued my girlfriend's uncle. This should make for an interesting conversation next Thanksgiving.
