I went through the process of filing a complaint with the attorney general's office after receiving this call. Wild West Tours responded, saying they'd added me to their "do not call" list. I wrote back saying they'd ignored my claim -- that their calls are illegal. They wrote back saying a bunch of semantic bullshit, so I filed suit. This case persuaded me that filing complaints with the AG can offer much frustration and wasted time and little closure, so I don't file them any more. After filing suit, their attorney promptly contacted me to settle.
