Proposed settlement agreement
On March 22, 2002 I received a call from Ray Settles with MSI Marketing. He wanted to settle the matter for $250 and I accepted. After I sent them a copy of the "Notice of Dismissal" I filed, we received the $250 check. Also enclosed was a letter, a proposed settlement agreement and a return envelope. I declined to sign the proposed settlement agreement as we had not discussed such an agremeent and it was very bad legalese (note the non-disclosure bit at the end).
